Project background
The client needed an on-premise-ready digital asset exchange: an H5 trading client plus an ops/risk admin. Scope went beyond placing orders — deposit/withdraw review, KYC, C2C, earn, copy trading and agent rebates — with module-level acceptance demos. Tickstone delivered a front-to-back map so commercial and technical stakeholders can review together.
Hard problems and how we solved them
A trading system’s value is not how the interface looks — it is whether the money adds up, whether a job can fire twice, and whether the permission model has holes. These are the parts that actually took the time.
The problem
Multiple trading modes — swap, spot, perpetuals, options/settlement — must keep ledgers and margin rules isolated.
Rails and C2C are high-risk: signed callbacks, withdrawal review, merchant orders and disputes must be auditable.
Growth loops (earn, copy, tasks, rebates) need idempotent payouts — duplicates are direct losses.
Ops must change fees, pairs, campaigns and roles in admin — without a release for every tweak.
The solution
Split funding/spot/futures/earn views by account so trade and transfer paths reconcile front-to-back.
Deposits, withdrawal review, KYC and C2C merchants/orders live in dedicated admin modules with audit trails.
Earn, copy, newcomer tasks and agent rebates ship with a front-end loop plus admin config for acquire–retain–settle demos.
Coins, pairs, futures params, notices and system settings are configurable; acceptance walks scenes A–E across people, money, orders and config.
